DAY 1 – Monday

Home to Galapagos’ main airport, this will be the starting point of your experience aboard the best tour of the Galapagos Islands. A bilingual guide will meet you at the airport and assist you during the transfer onboard Aida Maria  Yacht. Welcome  briefing.
Las Bachas Beach
After lunch, you will visit Bachas beach, two small beaches made of decomposed coral, and a favorite nesting site for sea turtles. Behind one of the beaches there is a small brackish water lagoon, where you may see flamingos and other coastal birds, such as blacknecked stilts and whimbrels. The other beach is longer, and has two old barges that were abandoned during the Second World War, when the USA used Baltra Island as a strategic point to protect the Panama Canal.

Early in the morning, you begin with a hike up the steep stairs of Prince Philip to a bush of palo santo shrubs on the top, where you can see red footed boobies; upon arriving at the edge of the rim you will enjoy a panoramic view of Genovesa Island. At the end of the trail, there will be Nazca boobies and petrel nesting places.

Darwin Bay

After lunch, we go to Darwin Bay, to walk along a coral sand beach, crossing barren lava formation and creeks where some species have occupied its own ecological niches. Return to the catamaran and dinner.

DAY 3 – Wednesday

The first activity of the day will be to visit the beautiful volcano islet of Bartolome, which offers the most iconic landscape and panorama of the entire Archipelago. You will have to climb the stairs to the view on top of the island called Pinnacle Bay.

Sullivan Bay

After lunch, head up to Sullivan Bay, at a recently formed island called Santiago, where you will see pacific green turtles, crabs, and strayed blue herons or oystercatchers. Return to the yacht and dinner.

DAY 4 – Thursday

AM»Santa Cruz: Santa Cruz Highlands – Transfer from Yacht  to Baltra airport

In the morning, you will take a bus ride to the highlands of Santa Cruz Island to the National Park boundary, where you will see the Twin Craters and then you will visit El Chato Reserve to observe the giant tortoise of Santa Cruz Island in its natural habitat.After this activity you will be transferred from the boat to Baltra airport to take your flight back to the continent.

The Archipel I offers space and comfort; the stability and speed make this catamaran a perfect partner for the adventure of discovering the Galapagos Islands. This catamaran has 6 cabins (Twins and matrimonial) all in main deck. and 2 cabins with matrimonial beds. All of the cabins have private bathrooms, hot water and air-conditioning. The Archipel I also has a comfortable dining room, TV, DVD, stereo, library, an indoor bar, a bar on the upper deck and a spacious tanning deck with reclining chairs. In addition, all cabins are located on the main deck with an outside view. The boat also has a complete crew including a naturalist guide level III, who has been trained and licensed by the Galapagos National Park at the Charles Darwin Research Station.
